The service tech arrived on-time as-scheduled and performed a thorough annual service check of the garage doors. The service tech discussed a mechanical upgrade to improve performance, safety, and an overall better match to the type of garage doors. The quote for the upgrade arrived within 1 hour after the service call was completed. Professional, courteous, and responsive service!

Goodrow Garage Door Solutions is a PHENOMENAL COMPANY!

BOOK NOW!!

The customer service and attention to detail is top notch. Booking an appointment was a breeze, the receptionist was a natural conversationalist. I felt valued before even becoming a customer.
Nothing toped meeting Jay, the Goodrow expect, he was kind, friendly even on a hot day. Most importantly he was KNOWLEDGEABLE. He gave a thorough diagnostic and when the analysis was worse than my family and I had anticipated he gave us ZERO pressure to finalize a deal on the spot. We chose the course of wisdom and proceeded with the repairs. We were beyond thrilled with the results. What stood out most, was the precision of his workmanship. The install was sharp, precise, aesthetically pleasing, and ACCURATE, you would think we had a new door installed. We are BEYOND pleased with the results. If you’re searching for garage door experts, stop! And book them NOW, you’ll thank me later.

Jay was here when he said he would be. He did exactly what I needed him to do. I would recommend him to anyone that needs to have their garage door(s) fixed.
